Getting Started with LogixFlow

Welcome to LogixFlow

This guide walks you through everything you need to get going with LogixFlow — creating an account, signing in, your first login, and an overview of what's available at each subscription level. LogixFlow is a No-Code Platform designed to simplify and streamline the management of your business. Whether you're a small business or a large enterprise, LogixFlow provides a private, secure, and customizable environment tailored to your needs — and you can start for free, with no credit card required.

Creating Your LogixFlow Account

New to LogixFlow? Signing up takes a couple of minutes and gives you full access to the Free plan immediately — no credit card and no time limit.

  1. Go to logixflow.app/signup.

  2. Choose how to sign up:

    • Sign up with Google or Sign up with Microsoft — creates your account using your existing Google or Microsoft login.

    • Sign up with email — enter your email address, then create a password (at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character) and confirm it.

  3. Click Start Building Now.

LogixFlow creates your own private organization and signs you straight in to its dashboard — there's nothing further to configure before you can start exploring.

Good to know: Every organization on LogixFlow gets a unique, private environment accessible only through its own link. Your data is isolated from every other organization on the platform.

Signing In

  1. Go to logixflow.app/login, or your organization's own LogixFlow link if you have one.

  2. Enter your Username and Password and click Sign In — or click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft if that's how you originally signed up.

  3. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the sign-in page to reset it.

Your First Login

The first time you sign in, you land on your organization's Dashboard. Next to Dashboard and Business Dashboard, admins will also see a Getting Started tab with a short setup checklist — Operating Unit, Add Your Team, Core Masters, and Go Live! — that walks you through configuring your organization for its first delivery flow.

Core Modules at a Glance

Which modules appear in your left menu depends on your subscription plan and what your admin has enabled. The core modules available on LogixFlow are:

  • CRM — manage leads, opportunities, quotations, RFQs, and sales targets.

  • Forms — build no-code forms for lead capture, surveys, applications, and consent collection.

  • Studio — design fully custom applications with a drag-and-drop, no-code builder.

  • Data Models — define and manage the custom data structures behind your apps.

  • Workflow — automate business processes with triggers, conditions, and approvals.

  • DMS (Document Management System) — manage shipment and delivery documents, with automation and a rule engine.

  • TMS (Transportation Management System) — manage indents, load planning, shipments, and inplant logistics.

  • FreightNX — run freight forwarding operations end to end, from shipment to invoicing and reporting.

  • LogixDocs — store, organize, template, and archive business documents.

  • AI Agents — create intelligent agents that automate tasks and surface recommendations.

  • Canvas — build dashboards and reports across your operations.

  • System Settings — manage users, roles, security, master data, and integrations.

Beyond these core modules, Studio also gives you access to a growing library of ready-made app templates, or you can design a fully custom app of your own from scratch — no coding required.

Choosing a Subscription Plan

LogixFlow offers four plans — Free, Explorer, Builder, and Enterprise — that scale with your business:

  • Free — get started with no credit card and no time limit, with capped usage and the core apps available at limited functionality.

  • Explorer — for running one line of business for real, with higher usage limits and live carrier integrations.

  • Builder — LogixFlow's most popular plan, for scaling across the operation with full API access, more seats, and more prebuilt apps at once.

  • Enterprise — custom pricing for global, multi-entity operations, with unlimited seats, dedicated infrastructure, and a named customer success manager.

Every plan includes access to LogixFlow's prebuilt apps — FreightNX, LogixTMS, LogixDMS, LogixDocs, and LogixCanvas — plus the ability to design unlimited custom apps in Studio. Higher tiers unlock more seats, more prebuilt apps running at once, higher usage volumes, and additional support levels.

You can review your current plan any time from profile icon → Subscription. For exact pricing, seat counts, and feature limits, see the LogixFlow Pricing page.
