You can now easily customize quotation templates within the LogixFlow to match your business needs for Freight Forwarding, Transportation, and Warehousing. The process starts with a standardized template, which you can use as-is or personalize by editing content, adding details, and adjusting the layout for your branding or specific operational requirements.
You are provided with pre-built templates for different quotation scenarios—Freight Forwarding, Transportation, and Warehousing—enabling fast setup and easy customization.
The standardized template is flexible; you can adjust the content, sections, and company details to suit your operations, or simply use the template as it is for speed and consistency.
With the app, you can modify various sections of your quotations, including:
The description, where you set the tone and terms for each quote.
Company logo: upload, resize, and reposition to reinforce your branding.
Address and contact fields to ensure accurate business representation.
All key data for shipments—shipper, receiver, service type, package details, quantities, dates, and rates.
Financial sections like charges, taxes, payment terms, and totals.
Go to System Settings, choose Quotation, and view or select the templates you want to customize.
Edit sections like company info, shipping details, rate tables, and footers through the intuitive interface.
Click Update to save and start using your personalized quotation document.
This flexible setup allows you to tweak details such as charges, logo placement, and contact information, so you present quotations that are both professional and tailored to your clients' expectations. All edits are instantly preview on screen.
