Sales Target

Sales Target lets a CRM manager set revenue or activity goals for the sales team, then track actual results from Leads and Opportunity against those goals over time. Instead of building a target-vs-actual comparison by hand in a spreadsheet, the numbers already flowing through your CRM pipeline are measured against the goals you define here.

Getting to Sales Target

  1. Sign in to LogixFlow and confirm you are in the correct organization and operating unit shown in the header.
  2. In the left sidebar, click CRM. A popup menu opens.
  3. Click Sales Target.
Good to know: Sales Target is a manager-level screen. Whether it appears in your CRM menu depends on your role's CRM permissions, configured by an admin under System Settings → Security Group. If you don't see Sales Target in the CRM popup, ask your administrator to grant access rather than assuming the feature isn't available.

What you can do here

  • Set a target — define a goal, such as a revenue amount or a number of deals, for a sales rep, a team, or a reporting period.
  • Track achievement — compare actual results pulled from Leads and Opportunity against the target you set, to see attainment at a glance.
  • Review by period — revisit targets across the periods your organization tracks, so managers can see whether the team is on pace before the period closes.
