Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  1. Visit your unique Login URL

  2. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account.

  3. If you are an Administrator, you will have access to the setup and configuration options to prepare the system for your team.

 

Step 2: Set Up LogixCRM for Your Business

As an Administrator, your first task is to configure the system by setting up the Master Data. This ensures LogixCRM is tailored to your business operations.

1. Operating Unit

  • Create your office or operating unit.

  • This represents the physical or virtual location from which your business operates.

  • Example: "New York Warehouse" or "London Operations Center."

2. User Management

  • Create user accounts for your team members.

  • Assign roles and permissions based on their responsibilities.

  • Associate each user with a specific operating unit.

3. Charges

  • Define or upload the charges you apply to your customers for services like warehousing, logistics, and freight forwarding.

  • Examples: Storage fees, handling charges, customs clearance fees, etc.

4. Services

  • Set up all the services your business offers.

  • Examples: Shipping, LTL (Less Than Truckload), FTL (Full Truckload), Export, Import, etc.

5. Vendor Management

  • Create master data for your vendors.

  • Include details like contact information, services offered

6. PDF Quotation Design

  • Design branded PDF quotation templates that reflect your company’s identity.

  • Customize the layout, logo, and fields to create professional and consistent quotations.

7. Rate Matrix

  • Upload your rate matrix to the system.

  • This will save time when creating quotations, as the system will automatically pull rates based on the predefined matrix.
