Form Templates

Form Templates allow your team to quickly launch ready-made forms for core business operations such as client registration, booking, feedback, applications, and more. Pre-built templates accelerate setup, ensure compliance, and streamline common processes, saving time and reducing errors for your business.


 

Steps to Use a Form Template

  1. Navigate to the Forms module from the application sidebar. Click on Option Create Form.

  2. On the Create Form screen, click on the section Use Existing Templates tab to access the template gallery.

    • Browse or search for templates by form type, such as Appointment, Consent, or Registration Forms.

  3. Review template categories on the left or use the search bar for a specific template name

  4. Preview potential templates by clicking Preview to ensure the template matches your needs.

  5. Select your desired template and click Use This Template.

    • The form will be added to your application automatically.

    • Edit fields or layout as needed to fit your business requirements.
      [USE CASE: An HR manager uses an Employment Application template and customizes it with specific role-related questions.]

  6. Save and deploy the form to start collecting responses.
