Reports

The FreightNX Reports module provides comprehensive visibility into shipment performance, quotation success, billing, vendor cost tracking, and job profitability. These reports help management and operations teams analyze logistics efficiency, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Reports can be filtered by multiple parameters and exported to Excel for further analysis.

Available Reports

FreightNX offers the following standard reports:

  • Shipment Performance – Track shipment progress, booking, and delivery performance.
  • Quotation Conversion & Success – Measure quotation-to-booking success rates and conversion performance.
  • Customer Billing & Receivable – Analyze invoices, billing status, and receivables by customer and transport mode.
  • Vendor Payable & Cost Tracking – Monitor vendor payments, costs, and payables against shipments.
  • Job Profitability – Review overall profitability by shipment, customer, or vendor.

1. Shipment Performance

This report provides visibility into shipment progress, delivery timelines, and performance by consignor, agent, or destination. You can filter results based on:

  • Shipment Type (Domestic / International)
  • Consignor / Agent / Origin / Destination
  • Status (At Origin, In Transit, Delivered)
  • Date Range and Operating Unit
 

2. Quotation Conversion & Success

This report helps analyze how many quotations were successfully converted into confirmed bookings. Filters include:

  • Owner
  • Customer
  • Transport Mode (Air, Ocean, Rail, Road)
  • Date Range
 

3. Customer Billing & Receivable

Analyze all invoices issued to customers and their receivable status. Filters include:

  • Customer
  • Transport Mode
  • Invoice Type (Sales Invoice / Proforma Invoice)
  • Operating Unit and Date Range
 

4. Vendor Payable & Cost Tracking

This report provides a detailed view of vendor invoices, payment status, and associated job costs. Filters include:

  • Vendor Name
  • Transport Mode
  • Invoice Type
  • Operating Unit and Date Range
 

5. Job Profitability

Evaluate profit margins for each job by comparing billed and incurred costs. Key parameters include:

  • Customer
  • Vendor
  • Transport Mode
  • Operating Unit and Date Range
 

Exporting Reports

All FreightNX reports can be easily exported for offline analysis:

  1. Click Generate after applying your filters.
  2. Once data is displayed, click Download at the top-right corner.
  3. The report will be downloaded in .xlsx (Excel) format.
  4. Open the file directly in Excel to perform further calculations or share with your team.
 

Notes

  • Each report reflects real-time operational and financial data from FreightNX.
  • Only users with report access rights (defined by role) can view or export reports.
  • Downloaded reports can be shared externally or used in management presentations.
